Notice of Changes to
the Certification Process at TUV-USA
Responsibility of Certified Companies
This document outlines the
process for conducting on-site audits as defined in documented
requirements drawn up in accordance with the relevant guidance
provided in ISO 19011 and 17021. The Quality Systems Division (QSD)
is the internal department of TUV-USA responsible for management
systems certifications.
Certification of QMS
This document describes the
requirements of the management systems certification process offered
by TUV USA. It describes the procedures and rules by which TUV USA
manages certification, granting a certificate, and the continuation
of certification, as well as your company’s responsibilities for
maintaining certification.
TUV-USA Complaints,
Disputes and Appeals
This procedure defines the TUV USA Quality
Systems Division (QSD) responsibilities for receiving, evaluating,
and making decisions on appeals, complaints and disputes concerning
the certification system activities or decisions, and the
maintenance of relative records. This process is subject to TUV USA
requirements for confidentiality.
